ProofVision warrants this Outdoor TV against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This limited warranty covers both parts and labor.
During the warranty period, ProofVision will, at its sole discretion, repair the product or provide a replacement unit of the same or functionally equivalent model. Unlike standard indoor displays, this warranty specifically includes coverage against weather-related damage, provided the unit has been installed and maintained according to the guidelines found in the user manual and this policy.
To maintain the validity of this warranty, the product must be installed in accordance with the following:
· Sunlight Exposure: The TV must be installed in a location that is out of direct sunlight. Damage resulting from heat buildup or UV exposure from direct sunlight is not covered.
· User Manual Compliance: The unit must be installed and operated strictly according to the provided ProofVision user manual.
This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
· Improper Installation & Power: Any failure caused by incorrect mounting, inadequate ventilation, or repairs required due to improper/insufficient AC power voltage or power surges.
· Acts of God: Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, hurricanes, tornadoes, or other acts of nature.
· Unauthorized Tampering: Any equipment that has been modified, tampered with, adjusted, or repaired by anyone other than ProofVision or its authorized representatives.
· Serial Numbers: Products where the original factory serial numbers have been removed, defaced, altered, or tampered with in any way.
· Cosmetic & Wear: Cosmetic damage, surface blemishes, or appearance damage caused by normal wear and tear or exposure to external chemicals.
· Misuse or Neglect: Accidental damage, dropped units, or failure to follow normal operating procedures as outlined in the user manual.
· Indirect Loss: Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to installation costs or loss of use.
If you experience an issue with your Outdoor TV, please follow these steps to initiate a claim:
1. Contact Support: Email our team at customerservice@proofvision.com.
2. Provide Documentation: You must include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
3. Verification: Our technical team will verify your issue.
4. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Once the claim is approved, ProofVision will provide an RMA label and arrange for the collection of the goods at our expense.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to subsequent owners if the product or the property where it is installed is sold.
