ProofVision Returns & Refund Policy

At ProofVision, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Outdoor TV purchase. If you change your mind or encounter an issue with your order, please review our policies below regarding returns, damages, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We offer a 14-day return period for customers who wish to return a product for a refund or exchange due to a change of mind.

·       Notification: You must notify us of your intent to return the item within 14 days of the delivery date.

·       Sales Channels: This policy applies only to purchases made directly through the official ProofVision website. For units purchased through authorized dealers or third-party retailers, please contact the original point of purchase to follow their specific return procedures.

2. Condition Requirements for Returns

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

·       Unopened Products: Items that are factory-sealed and in their original, undamaged packaging are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.

·       Opened but Unused Products: If the packaging has been opened, the product must be unused, free of any signs of installation or wear, and must include all original accessories, manuals, and internal protective packaging.

·       Inspection: All returns are subject to a technical inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. ProofVision reserves the right to reduce the refund amount or reject the return if the product shows signs of use, installation, or damage caused by inadequate return packaging.

3. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

·       Change of Mind: For returns where there is no confirmed technical fault (e.g., ordered the wrong size or changed mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured freight service, as ProofVision is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

·       Faulty or Damaged Items: If a return is required due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping damage, ProofVision will cover all round-trip shipping costs and arrange for the collection of the goods.

4. Damaged on Arrival (DOA) & Shipping Claims

Outdoor TVs are high-value, fragile electronics. It is critical that you inspect your delivery immediately.

·       Reporting Window: Any physical damage caused during transit or "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) issues must be reported to customerservice@proofvision.com within 48 hours of delivery.

·       Documentation: Please provide your order number and clear photographs of both the external packaging and the damage to the unit itself. Reports made after the 48-hour window may be ineligible for a shipping damage claim.

5. Refund Process

·       Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

·       Payment Method: Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

·       Restocking Fees: Unlike many competitors, ProofVision does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns, provided the item is returned in accordance with the condition requirements listed in Section 2.

6. How to Initiate a Return

2.     Include: Your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item/packaging.

3.     Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)number and instructions on where to send the unit.
